White Pie

Great pizza. Could be a little crispier, but loved everything else about it. It appears they made significant changes since Dave’s review.

Solid pizza, great sauce but a little to floppy

No question one of the best pizzas in Denver, the thin crispy crust is inspired by the legends of New Haven, but doesn’t quite have the uniform crisp of those pies. The cheese is solid but not amazing, the sauce is very good, light and tangy. Overall, this is an excellent thin crust pie that goes above and beyond almost anything else in Denver

Super thin, new haven style. Slightly charred. Very good.

Really tasty ingredients, wood fired pie. Crust is really yummy, but too thin for the topping quantity. Hard to pick up without everything falling off….fork pizza. Dave would slam their use of the New Haven style.

That’s some damn good pizza

The sauce is the best thing about this pizza. The crust went from soft to burnt, which definitely brought the score down. The cheese clumped together, and one bite would take the entire piece of cheese off. Glad it tried it, but probably won’t be back with the price.

Great thin crust pizza with a nice balance between sauce and cheese. If they could just find a way to make the entire pie crispy it would boost the score up to near 8. Great pizza, really loved the one with hot honey. Gave it a uniquely Colorado kick.

Looks crispy but unfortunately it’s a soggy mess. Was hoping for a cracker thin pizza.

As a guy who’s from New York and tried all the New Haven staples this is right on par. Perfect crust. Sauce is unreal. Would highly recommend.

One nibble, everyone knows the law. Modeled after Sally’s Apizza in new haven. Very good.

This pizza is delicious! I got the “white pie” and just switched bacon out for tomatoes because I don’t eat meat. So good.

Burrata Bing! Saucy, fresh, creamy, and delicious! Also had a Pepperoni which had just enough zest and chew in the crust! Love this place!
