Wicked Crust

I’m from NYC. This is definitely the best pizza in the area and I’ve tried a lot. New Haven style pizza.. Not sure what some of these other reviews are talking about. Excellent thin crust, some char, some flop, great sauce, and great cheese!

Sauce is a light sweet. Got a little New York flop but overall a good pie.

Well. I was so excited when Wicked Crust opened. Being from New Haven I obviously miss the pizza from back home. When they first opened their crust, sauce, and cheese had everything it took to complete with back home. Over the last several months they have bottomed out. I dont think it is on the owners though. They are NH through and through. The crust tasted like a burnt saltine cracker, the sauce was good. Last time it tasted like cat piss. The cheese?? Eh Walmart brand at best. I got sausage and onion. A NH staple. Well red onion on a pie brings a different taste completely. The sausage tasted like Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage. I've had three horrible pies from them in 3 months. I unfortunately have to recommend going somewhere else. It pains me to leave a review like this but I've reached out to them on Facebook and got a snotty reply. I figured I'd give it one last attempt to see if this went back to New Haven style pie. It didn't.

This pizza is definitely the closest to CT pizza that I’ve had in Summerville. The cheese pizza is very tasty but I do recommend asking for extra sauce! My family and I order at least once a week from here! Always a very friendly staff as well!

Pizza is awesome. 2.5 on my wings. I asked for extra crispy wings & I got rubber band wings.

My score is based off of what the Charleston Tricounty has to offer. Completely disagree with previous scores — unless they just started making their pizzas differently. My wife and I have 1 negative remark about the pizza — lots of flop. If it were crispier I would be closer to mid-8’s.
