Wild Fired Pizza

Not what you’d expect from a woodfire joint. Dough isn’t bad but its really thick. Cheese, and there is a lot of it, is not good. Sauce is forgettable. It’s not the worst pizza I’ve had but it almost tastes like a decent frozen pie, not a woodfire cooked fresh pizza. Pretty disappointing.

I've eaten here multiple times, and it's always great. Best pizza I've had in yakima so far. We got their take n bake option last time, and cooked them at home on the kamado grill. Heated the stone to 500, and placed the pizza on the stone. Cranked the heat to 650 for a perfect crispy crust, and toasted cheese top!

Great pizza out of a wood fired stove. Out of the way but worth it. Great staff and great pizza

Crust was to thick and doughy

Best pizza in town, by far. Cooked over a wood fire (duh) and made by hand. Perfect crunch to the crust and a great selection of toppings. Friendly staff and large mural and art around the restaurant that tourists sign. That’s a review.
