I wanted this to be an 8. The edges were good but too soft in the middle. 6.8 all day long. Not bad but not fantastic.

The dough is not great. It's cracker like. No real crisp or decent undercarriage. It's too bad because they use a wood fired oven. They should be putting out a higher quality pizza. The sauce and cheese were fine. It's a decent pizza to take the kids out for... they'd probably enjoy it just fine.
