The dough is not great. It's cracker like. No real crisp or decent undercarriage. It's too bad because they use a wood fired oven. They should be putting out a higher quality pizza. The sauce and cheese were fine. It's a decent pizza to take the kids out for... they'd probably enjoy it just fine.
