This pizza was excellent. For those that gave poor reviews idk what they were thinking. I lived in NYC for 3 years and had some of the “best” pizza there is and if you compared them to this It would be hard to say it wasn’t on the same level.

All cheese. Super floppy. I was hoping for more sauce. Crust is the best part of the pizza. Highly enjoyed the cherry salad.

Wood fired pizza, pictured with sausage and onion. Take out order. Crust is baked well and chewy around the edges. Needs either more or better sauce, and sausage really didn’t bring much flavor.

Great sauce, amazing wood fired crust, very little flop, pepperoni pairs with the pizza amazingly, and the cheese is phenomenal. This guy knows what he’s doing.

Great crunch, fresh ingredients and a bit of heat. Totally worth the wait.

Decent amount of flop. Good wood fire flavor on the crust and the staff is great. Natural and good ingredients.

If you’re on the peninsula in Fish Creek, Wisconsin stop in and get the Margherita pizza it’s great.
