Rounded out our CT pizza tour with a little Greek style pie. My good pal AJ described it well when he said the dough was fluffy, yet crispy. It tasted almost as if New Haven had a pizza baby with a deep dish pie. For a pie that looked to be overly cheesy, it actually was very easy on the cheese. Solid pizza, just a tough draw to follow the heavyweights.
