Right off the bat without tasting it, I can tell it’s not a 7.
Fresh dough, with nice clean bites. This pizza is thick with an nice crispy crust that’s easy to eat. There’s not much crisp on the bottom but it holds up well.
The sauce is a little acidic with hints of oregano. It was piping hot, some of the other seasonings we’re lost. It’s not bad sauce but it lingers.
The cheese, eh. They really skimped on the cheese here. You can see it was centralized and really nothing special about it except it’s fresher than what I’ve had.
This is a basic, fresh pie with minimal cheese.
