Windy City Pizza

Being from Chicago, I never expected it to be good. This was actually close and tasted good. Hot, cooked well out of the oven. A good amount of crispy crust, cheese and even about the right amount of sausage. Was impressed by the pizza and taste. 2 things disappointing. 1. The dining room closes at 8pm. So plan ahead. Even tried to order a pizza early and eat It there, would have been too late. 2. The next day was not as good as the day picked up. For me that is always a test, cold or heatedUp how is it the next day.

Super thin, crispy, great sauce! there was a little bit too much cheese but it didnt ruin the pizza. picky daughter approved.

Very quality pizza! Deep dish was on point!

Been here once. Main thing to point out is - there Chicago style is absolutely a food that only tastes good warm/hot. Once it’s getting to room temperature, it’s not great. Anyways, not the best Chicago style I’ve had.

Amazing deep dish. Crust had a good texture. Sauce had a tremendous tang. Cheese was flavorful. Great with a pitcher of yeungling

Solid chicago style, will drive for it, crust has a good texture and flavor and the atmosphere inside is unbeatable (especially for the area)

Being from the Chicago area I love a deep dish pie. Given that this place is no where near Chicago I will say this is a pretty good deep dish pie. The sauce could have been slightly thicker and the outer wall was a little bit thinner than I am used to but the flavor of the sauce and cheese were fantastic. I did have to endure a 30 minute drive back to where I am staying so I wish I could have had it straight out of the oven. I opted for a meatball and spinach pie and they used just the right amount of spinach and the meatballs were extremely flavorful. I am delighted, it isn't Giordanos, but it is still pretty dang good. 7.6, definitely worth the drive. That's a review.

Decent butter crust, pretty saucy with good taste. I got the pepperoni original deep dish, pretty average.

I normally don’t stray away from their deep dish but occasionally mix it. Traditional cut, a mix of meat & veggies. Good, solid pizza, not a football pizza, but still a good pie.

Thin crust. Not much flavor. No flop. Very boring pizza. Now I did have a slice of the deep dish and that was enjoyable. I would rate that in the 6’s.

Chicago thin crust. Super thin- maybe too much. Tangy sauce and good. Electric crisp. Zero flop. Different experience but solid pie. Room for improvement

Dough is thick and delicious, with great crunch. Sauce is a bit tinny, but there’s enough flavor there to compensate. Filled me up with plenty of leftovers to enjoy.

Got the original thin crust. It wasn’t bad. I probably should have just gotten the traditional crust. I did get bacon on it, which was a little bit of an overpowering topping.

Good sauce. Crust, fire. Cheese. Delicious. But not a NY pizza slice. Still one of the better deep dish slices. Can’t go below 7 off flavor
