Wiseguy Pizza

I’m being generous with 6 because does not meet the 7.6 others left. Slice only premade on rack and tossed in oven so crust was toast all the way to the bend in photo. Reheater guy was on another planet and left in oven way too long. Sauce and ingredients have potential but not worth the walk. Not what the name sounds like. We’re still hungry 30$ poorer.

Favorite pizza in the district. Solid NY style

The cheese slice was a 7.8; the godfather was a 6.7 (pepperoni and sausage). Good crunch on both crusts; no flop on the cheese slice; good cheese. Was not a fan of the godfather slice though.

Just a perfect football pie. No flop, great crust, great sauce and delicious blend of cheeses - a fantastic cheese pizza all around. Would highly recommend. Dave would like it I think, despite not being a south shore style bar pie (Poopsie’s, CCC, etc). Solid solid football pie

Rated based on the cheese slice. Pretty standard, had a nice chew but the crust is a little too thick. I'll come back bc it's decent but it's overrated.

(Plain only, speciality pepperoni was better) 50th review —> Wiseguys plain is nothing to write home about, and about as footballly as it gets, would stop in for a slice if I was in the area, but wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

Zero complaints. Nice char. Thin crust. Decent flavor. I’m on board. Definitely would go here again.

Spicy pep and grandma slice.

Pizza is pretty good for a late night spot. Got chicken parm slice and Nashville hot chicken because they were out of pepperoni. Taste and crunch were good, crust was ok.

No flop. Crust crust but not at all burnt. Great sauce. Got the margherita and The Godfather. Highly recommend.

Perfect amount of crisp

Its a fact DC, Maryland, & Virginia pizza is simply not up to par. You get bad pizza places after bad pizza places, maybe an ok pizza in some spots but never amazing pizza. This wiseguy pizza In my opinion is the only place I would set apart, I’ve never been disappointed, sauce taste really good, crust is fresh and really good crunch, made In brick oven. Glad they are in town 100%

Crust is not as crispy as I expected but overall, a really good slice. Very flavorful!

7.6 on the slices. I think they are a better slice joint than full pies. This location has an older oven. Lots of 3AM drunk topping options but straight up chz or marg slice is great, good crisp

Looking at the other reviews, I have to wonder if something has changed. Crust could’ve been cooked a little more and overall...a little too greasy for my liking.

This is their CHICKEN PANEER pizza. Great Indian/Italian fusion. Great flavor and great sauce was spicy. Favorite specialty pizza in this area.
