Comment- which I never start with. Why the profound lack of precision? It wasn’t that busy. Multiple slices with no cheese? Really?
Sauce- the more I eat, the more I dislike. No sweet, virtually no spice. When I focus on the sauce, it has a distinctive and lousy taste.
Cheese- neutral, fresh, not bad
Dough- seems to be whole wheat. Why? Tried an end bite alone with no sauce and cheese. Might be fine as sandwich bread. Pizza crust, not so much
Ratio- acceptable
Execution- weak. Lousy precision. Average bake. Very average taste
