Wolfgang Puck Pizza

This is the best airport pizza that I have had to date. It’s incredible. Sauce is tangy, cheese is flavorful, and the perfectly cooked crispy cracker crust is something unseen at airports. My score may be inflated because I did not expect it to be like this. One criticism though, it was heavily dusted and my tongue was coated in raw flour. Nonetheless, this is the current king of airport pizza.

Not bad for airport pizza, great staff and cold beer doesn’t hurt either. Best pre-security pizza at LAX.

It’s fine, nothing amazing. Lots of flour in the undercarriage and no flop. Better than fast food pizza but not nearly worth the $19 price point.

As far as airport pizza goes this is probably the best you’re going to find. On the scope of all pizza though this is a 6.5 at best. The basil is fresh as is the mozzarella. And they have an actual pizza oven and make the pizzas when you order them. But as far as quality goes this gets a passing grade for pizza and that’s about it. Good pizza with sweet sauce. Pretty small so no flop and its got a nice crisp to it. Definitely not a NY slice but i wouldn't be opposed to trying it again.

5.8 standard rating. 7.8 airport rating! It’s not amazing but I would walk 2 terminals to get it again.
