Non-traditional review: half “Pepperoni Classico,” half “New Mexico.” Classico was good, nothing that stood out from the ordinary pepperoni pizza; score: 6.6 New Mexico might be one of a kind. Absolutely phenomenal concept and taste to back it up. Again, might not be anywhere else to compare it to; score: 8.4 HIGHLY recommend the New Mexico!

Lots of flop, no under carriage, no crisp. Sauce was ok, pepperoni saved the pizza as the cheese gave it a little ceasers vibe. Pic was of leftovers sorry!
