I am not normally a huge fan of a Neapolitan style pizza as I like my base to be crispy and with a crunch to the bite. The base of this pizza was a pleasant surprise. The dough is clearly home made and is accompanied by a nice sweetness to the taste. Slight firmness but that is to be expected for a Neapolitan that has had 15 minutes travel time before being eaten.
In respect of the sauce and cheese, a good amount of cheese not too much and the sauce had a nice tang to it.
The toppings were fresh and amplified the overall taste. Good quality meat and fresh crunchy veg allowed for a sensation of the pallet.
Would love to try eating in as I think it would be one of the best pizzas going. Will have to re attend when it re opens for restaurant service.
