Extremely light and airy crust that is the star, but lacking flavor on the sauce and cheese.

Crust was excellent. Toppings were very good too. Not an overly greasy slice. Good pizza.

Great pizza. Thin but no flop. Great crisp. Not over cheesy, and delicious sauce. Went in for two slices, but ate a whole pie

I have reached #100 for my reviews. And we got a good one here. This thin super crispy slice with zero flop, nice amount of toppings did not disappoint. The cheese and sauce blended well. I would have scored this closer to a 8.9 but while the crust was very good it was a little too much dough for me, it needed to be thinner like the slice. Little better then a 8.1 prez, sorry.

Great crust, great sauce to cheese ratio. Very, very good pizza.

Good pizza. Definitely more on the fancy side. Dough was super extra. Sauce and cheese balance was good. Extra thin and not your traditional Philly football pie. Definitely hit this spot. It could use less crust and a little more cheese but as you can see by my score...solid pizza! 8.3 and that’s a review.

Huge pie. Good char. Good flavor and cheese, slight flop but still crunchy

-Delivery Review: Thin in the front with a basic doughy back. Flavorless medium crunch crust. Loaded with a thick bold sauce and a lot of tangy cheese for how thin it is, makes it flip and flop like fish out of water. Above average.

Very impressive brick-oven slice. Top quality presentation. Crispy on the bottom with a mildly flavorful sauce. I think most philly pizza is just good drunk food, but Wood Street will delight you on even the soberest of occasions.

Amazing thin crust pizza. I think I ordered the wrong size pie tho! Wish the slices were bigger, but when looking at the reviews here looks like they can be. Great crunch, flavorful sauce, pepperoni could be bigger, but I’m def coming back for seconds (thirds & fourths) 😋

We had high expectations with the review scores but were left disappointed. There was more sauce then there was cheese and was overloaded with so much oregano that that’s all we could taste.

No real competition if you like a crisp, slightly charred crust.

Wonderful pizza. White with mushrooms red onion heavy cream and ricotta. Great thin crust and you can taste the quality ingredients.

Full disclosure, I work across the street in a coffee shop. That being said, I don’t eat at wood street every day out of convenience anymore. This place is truly solid, if you’re in the callowhill area frequently you know how good it is. If you don’t know, make the trip out..it’s worth it. The pizza is excellent, but I’ve tried just about everything here and you can’t go wrong with any of it. Ps. The cheesesteak is a toss up for my favorite in the city and that says a lot

Wood Street is my pizza local. Crisp crust, perfect sauce to cheese ratio, and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
