Pizza Review
Re-review. We walked in and looked at a new menu. We saw that their pizza is now "Brooklyn Pizza". Brooklyn has solid pizza. Their plain is meh, but their squares are pretty damn good. From what I've heard, the owners are friends. The group of us ordered every type possible. We personally got the tomato pie. It was great. Sauce on point, however a little light. I could see dough. No cheese obviously. Cooked almost perfect. It has crisp on the edges, but slightly undercooked underneath. I'll come back and do their "Brooklyn", but at their home restaurant, that was just ok. Their sauce makes it here. If it was cooked a lil more, it's a solid high 8\light 9. The edges were perfect, but the undercarriage was ok at best. Curious how the cheese could be.
