Wooden Paddle

Yes, this place lives up to the hype! We enjoyed a Pretty Fly for a White Pie and my son had the Margherita style. I couldn't have wanted more! Flop...well it was a little floppy but the crust had good flavor and crunch. The actual "crust" found its way into two different dipping sauces. Unsung heroes. The basil pesto and the gorgonzola cream! I'm ready for a vat of it! The cheese combo of the PFFAWP was a symphony! The little bites of gorgonzola stood out and blends with the garlic and others swimmingly. This is the wooden paddle experience I was hoping for. Can't wait to head back!
