Pretty good pizza for the price point

Just under $20 for this pepperoni wood fired pizza. Sauce/cheese/ingredients were good. Just maybe a little less pepperoni and cheese because the pizza was very greasy. Crust was soft but well seasoned and had a distinct crisp. Tough pizza to score could go anywhere between a low to a high 7 for me.

I know this one is a major staple of the Rockford area, but this is one anyone visiting the 815 should definitely stop and visit. Although I am usually not a wood-fire pizza guy, this pie packs a punch of flavors. The cheese and sauce combo here are well balanced and complement each other very well. Speaking of the sauce, there’s not too much nor too little, just right. The sauce is sweet with a lot garlic as well as well distributed around the pizza. I know with some pizzas like this the crust can be too hard and chewy, but this one has a solid crisp to each bite. Overall, this is a must visit in Rockford.

Wood fired pies are usually not my go to but this fresh cheese was so flavorful. Crust was beautifully seasoned as well

Did not go with classic cheese but the sausage and rosemary pizza is great. Perfect date pizza

The best pizza I’ve ever had. Hands down.

Excellent pizza. Great sauce and cheese. Not as thin as I would like it, and the crust is too salty. But thats the only issue, otherwise, amazing stuff.

Sausage pepperoni. One of the best pizzas in town. Real Woodfire oven. Zero flop. Great crust and toppings. Hard to beat.
