Neopolitan style for no reason. Not good dough - probably frozen.. Sauce was super bland.

Extreme Roman style. Thin/crispy. WoodStone oven is awesome. Fresh mozz good. Sauce a little tangy with a bit of Garlic pdrw. Good under carriage. No chew at all tho. Need a better dough formula.
