Yo Pauly's New York Pizza

This was an excellent pie. The cheese was evenly distributed. The sauce was tasty but not over powering. Most importantly they have supreme control of their oven temp, the crust perfectly cooked throughout.

Barely got a picture before I finished this incredible pizza. Best New York Style Pizza within 100 miles of Scottsdale with professionalism to match. Any pie that gets a better rating than this, you gotta be doin more snow than El Pres. Go here, you won’t regret it.

Solid pizza when fresh and well done. Too greasy though. Reheated slices are no good.

Defenitely the best Pizza ive had in AZ. Great Crisp, tons of flavor and Perfect mid-key Flop. Not to mention the Staff are The real deal- Super nice and Considerate. This is my favorite spot in town. Absolutely love this place.

This place was a very nice eat friendly service delicious pizza and we even got some dow balls that were rocking! The pizza had a mid key flop the cheese texture was great little on the greasy side but the sauce made up for it nice nice flavors! Got treated like an old friend when you walk in. They even had beer. If your a PizzaPerson hola at this spot!

All American solid slice. Real crisp crust, will come back again. Asked my wife and brother to score it and they said 7.5,7.7, and I said 7.6. Solid slice, cool vibe inside ny feel

Not a bad slice for not being in ny. Above average.

This is as close to New York pizza you can get if your not in New York. They cook the pizza in the wood fire over which makes the crust crispy while the cheesy stays melted. The burnt pockets on the crust are incredible. Also the 24 inch size is both funny and practical which feeds at least 8 people. great pizza all around
