Yo Pauly's New York Pizza Co

Nice looking pie. Good undercarriage with crispy crust. Little floppy. Good amount of cheese. Sauce could use a little more tang

Born and raised in New York, this is absolutely authentic. Tastes just like any slice I’ve had in NYC. Will be adding it to my rotation

Great New York style pizza. Not too greasy, no flop.

Solid New York cheese pizza. Got the large cheese Louise and the slices were even larger than I expected. The sauce is really good and I love the thin crust on this. A little floppy but overall really good.

If you’re craving a quick, solid slice, this NY-style pizza hits the mark. The crust has a good crisp with zero flop. The sauce brings a nice tang that cuts through the cheese. It’s not fancy, but it’s fast, tasty, and gets the job done like a New York slice should (and never mind all the Philly decor).

Good. Not the best cause it sat in the car a bit but very greasy and a little heavy

This is probably the best New York slice in the area. Good atmosphere for a pizza joint. Pepperoni and meatball was absolutely delicious. Easy 8.2

Crust tastes great. Not a huge fan of the sauce.

This is like my 3rd or 4th time coming here. I don’t know what they have changed, but it was crisper than ever…!! Same great sauce, perfect amount of cheese and a fantastic undercarriage……8.2 all day.

Incredible. Get the cheese or Ziggy, it’s the best pizza in Scottsdale, possibly PHX. Staff is awesome, atmosphere is fun, and the food is amazing.

Great sauce flavor, crisp was perfect, great customer service! Recommend the Garlic knots!!

One of the crispiest pizzas I’ve had. Great crunch. Good undercarriage. Elevates to a 9.0 if the pepperonis were more crisp. Great slice

Some of the best sausage I’ve ever had on a pizza! Thin crust, not greasy, great flavor… amazing NY style pizza!

Pizza was delicious, crust was extremely crunchy today, just the way I like it.

Dared for greatness and landed among the stars.

This was an overall great pie with great flavor. The crust was crisp but not doughy which made it so you could take a bite and glide right through it. The sauce was flavorful and the cheese was on point. It was a bit greasy, but it wasn’t oozing off of the slices or overbearing.
