Very thin which makes it floppy. It’s a rare type of pizza half buffalo half NYC… it’s 50-50

Good ingredients and cooked well. Probably just too much sauce and cheese makes it kinda a mouthful…

Very average slice with decent pepperoni.

Thin crust, nice char and flavor from the brick oven style but the sauce is lacking flavor. I get flavors from the cheese, pepperoni and some of char. The crust is crispy but for a thin slice, the bottom should be crispy and there’s none here. When you put words like “brick oven” and “bistro”, you better bring your A game. This is more of a C+/B- for now.
