This is a pretty average pie. Nothing spectacular, but it gets the job done. I will give it credit for the fact that the distribution of cheese to sauce was good and consistent throughout the whole pie.

Interesting way to cut a pie. The cheese was a bit much but the sauce still fought to make a nice tang as Dave would say. The crust was great with hardly any flop. The undercarriage was great because of their pizza oven. Overall a great pie
