Yu's Fusion (Juicy Cajun Seafood)

I thought the cheese and sauce was very tasty. Little bits of oregano and spices in the cheese. For coal fired brick oven I was surprised it was not crispy. Soft with lots of flop. No brick oven char on the bottom or crust. Somewhat greasy but a nice overall taste. Taste would’ve got it to the 7s but the consistency prevents it from getting there.
