Zack's Pizza

8 is a Monster number for me. This is good pizza. Taste is right on for me but that is always subjective. What is not subjective is crisp, flop, grease and how it's cooked. Little flop, great crisp, but a bit too much grease for me to be considered right....for me. Last order of business is how it's cooked. We can all agree, great pizza cannot be cooked on a screen, conveyor or in a pan. None of which is here. But it also has to be cooked in a hot oven and placed on a hot spot of the stone. Not where they just pulled a pie off. This place rotates perfectly.
