Wood fire oven. Great crisp on the crust. The “cheese” pizza isn’t on the menu but you can order it. There’s a little flop—it could use a little less cheese and some extra time. Very good, though.

Crust is crispy and lite. The pizza was a little floppy but had great flavor!

One bite everybody knows the rules! Wood fire pizza that’s full of fire and taste. Asked to leave the pizza in the fire a little longer to crisp it up. Lots of cheese but that’s the point! That’s the review.

Great flavor, fresh topping but it loses 1.5 due to the flop. Great pie, too much flop.

Could be a bit crispier for my liking but with that being said this is some of the best pie around.
