Zazzy's Pizza

One of the best slices in a very competitive area. Reminds me of fancy slice places like Di Fara, etc, not quite on that level but the same ballpark. They were closing and gave us tons of free pizza!

Solid. Little too much char on the crust on these but good stuff still

The cheese slice is amazing. I love the sourdough crust. The reheating techniques is fabulous! But not a fan of tomato pie, still a lot but salty for me

Very unique flavors. Just like the other guy said, square wayyyyy too spongy. Vodka pesto slice had good taste.

Sold slice. Got some super thick crust on the regular, might be a bit too much. Added some pecorino and basil on top. Overall nice flavor. I’d give the square a 6.7. Crust was too spongy for me.

Good crunch with every bit solid slice

I was hoping this slice would warm me on a cold, blustery night like my second ex-wife would. But, much like Karen, it just left me cold. And greasy. Not D.

Finishing off strong with the killer slice at Zazzy, airy as hell crust charred perfect with a lucali like flavor. I love the blend of fresh and low moisture and grated cheese and sauce that accents it perfectly. Washed down with an orange sanpellegrino and I’m feelin as Italian as it gets

Great NYC slice. No flop. Great crust. Good sauce.

Good cheese, tastes like the cheese from Joe’s. They use a lot of sauce which I like. Not a fan of this dense, thick dough. This pizza is so heavy and floppy, not what I was expecting. Back to John’s for me.

The sauce and crust are very nice. I never discount a score because of the cheese but for this one I need to.. the slice must of been sitting for a while because the cheese was cold even after the heat up.. I would be willing to come back here in hopes that the cheese matches the sauce and crust.

I got the vodka, pesto. It was absolutely delicious. Worth going to try.

This slice tastes amazing. A small flop factor but the crust is toasty and slice is tight. Pretty thin too. The way I like it. Owner was super cool dude. Gave me some of his background outside. Learned his craft in Naples! Screw Two Boots!

Not greasy, not traditional American slice but solid. Great staff
