This is a really good pizza. Ordered for delivery and it was still very crispy upon arrival. Didn't even order it well done and still had a nice crisp, good char, and the right amount of flop. The dough is really good, toppings are of good quality, and the sauce is a really nice tasting, sweet sauce.

Zeppedie’s gets pizza. They serve it well done, with good char and minimal flop. The flavor balance is spot on—you can taste the sauce, the cheese, and the crust, which we think might be the best in Charlotte. This was an easy one to judge. We finished the entire 16-inch large pizza in one sitting—which, if we’re being honest, is probably the best benchmark for determining whether we really liked a pizza.
