Good alternative from Portuguese food. Sauce very good. Cheese good. Sauce to cheese ratio excellent. Undercarriage needs to be cooked a tad bit more for some char.

Light and tastey brick oven. Good crisp, good char, no flop!

Margarita, some flop great cheese solid dough not too much taste on the sauce, overall quite good though
