Zio's Pizzeria

At first I was unimpressed, then it snuck up on me as a solid pie. Good flavor. Crisp. Good undercarriage. Not floppy, although the first one pulled was a bit. Best in Omaha so far.

Cheese and sauce are good, although not much tang. Crust has very little crisp and it’s a bit doughy.

Try getting the pizza well done

Pizza was soggy

This score doesn’t count I did a pepperoni and cream cheese slice. It was good but I’ll leave it at that. Wait for a future review.
