I’m a Jersey guy in Florida and long ago it was true regarding a good pizza and bagels were hard to find down here but things have changed and I have eaten my share of NJ NY CT slices and because of that I am recommending Zios 1221 because my wife and I have eaten their pizza every Wednesday for two years and each time that first bite last bite and reheated bite late night and next day is a damn good pie Seasoning is on point crust stands up crunchy and chewy with nice char bubbles and perfect amount of oil no sopping off with napkin from this guy I urge Dave to come on down to southwest Florida and try Zio’s 1221

Football pie! Really good pizza, glad to have it near us since we just moved to the area. Sure does beat many other spots we’ve already tried nearby . I thought it was going to be heavy on the dough but it wasn’t bad at all. Good sauce and not as floppy as some have said. 7.2! I will be back!

This is definitely a “football” pie. The pie is doughy and has flop. It is hefty. The pie should be thinner, crisper, and lighter. It’s greasy and has a lot of salt. If you have a slice you’ll be chugging a lot of water. It also has some kind of tang (not in a good way), and a heavy flavor of garlic powder (and I love garlic but this flavor is off). For the area it is okay, but I have been going to another pizzeria because it’s just too heavy, salty, and greasy.

Good crust and taste to the sauce. Slightly flimsy but holds a fold after the first bite. Toppings are plentiful and fresh

Good pizza. Wasn’t expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. I would ask for well done if you like crispy but the sauce and cheese are yummy!!
