Despite the appealing look of the Pizza, the pepperoni side was an ocean of oil. Garlic knots weren’t much better. Very disappointed

$14.99 for a 16”. If this isn’t into the 8’s for Dallas pizza, I don’t know what is. Small pie. Finished with olive oil on top - which was a great touch. Nice char, good flop (small slice). It is fancy pizza with big crust. Very bready. Cool spot. Need to try their square next. She went 7.6, I went 8.4. Usually I average the two, but it would be a crime not to give it a low 8.

Best pizza I’ve had in Dallas by far. I’m originally from the northeast.

Dope Sopp’ is fantastic. Great combination of sweet and savory. Perfect blend. Definitely worth the try if your a fan of bolder pizza flavors.

Tried the Thunderbird menu for Detroit Style. The Connie with jalapenos. Crispy edges and crunch through out. Crust itself is thick but light and airy inside.

Also known as Thunderbirds for some reason. This is a solid Detroit style pizza. Slightly on the chewy side but it’ll eat.

We had the Dope Sopp square Detroit style and the Spangler New York Style. Both were delicious, but the crust on the Spangler was the best. If I go back I’ll stick to New York style. Overall fantastic Apps, Pizza, atmosphere. Great place.

Really good pizza. I loved the sauce, the crust had a great crisp, outrageous toppings. All around really great pizza. Looking forward to trying more of their selection.

I don’t go to Dallas very often but when I do, it’s not for very long. I figured it would be the perfect time to do another review so I looked up “best pizza in Dallas” and this spot came up. So to start off, the vibe of the restaurant wasn’t bad. Not very pizzeria like but they did have some Brooklyn brews on tap so that was cool. The guy Kevin at the bar was very nice as well. If he was a little less nice and more of an ass hole, then maybe it would’ve been more authentic. I give Kevin a score of 8.8 out of 10. So now with the pizza. The crust was okay. Maybe a little too much of it to be honest. The ratio of it at the end of the pie made me feel like I was eating a bread bowl at Panera. At first, it tasted to be the right consistency. As I continued, it started to taste more and more stale tasting. Very strange, it was as if I was on an episode of X Files or something. It did have residual flour on it which is always a plus for me. The slightly charred taste also added to it as well. The cheese to sauce ratio and this may be a first honestly, but it was actually too much sauce. Now granted, I do prefer more sauce than cheese than more cheese than sauce. But this was almost close to a traditional Margherita pizza in New York. No, I don’t mean just a regular cheese pie like everyone else makes a Margherita. I’m talking about that pie with the clumps of tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella. Margherita is actually my favorite type of pizza so maybe that’s why I prefer a little more sauce, but anyway this pizza had too much sauce to the standards of a regular cheese pie. For the sauce, it wasn’t really doing me much. It was alright but nothing really stood out to me about it. For the cheese, I could barely taste it. It was either too blended in with the crust or drenched in sauce. Can’t really review something I couldn’t taste. Wish it had more bold flavors. Maybe it’s because I burnt my tongue slightly eating this thing but hey, it is what is it. I’m eating Pizza here. So anyway, not a bad pie. I got the meatballs as an appetizer and they were okay. Kinda tasted a lil funny near the end but not funny in a laughing way but funny in a “hey my meatballs taste funny” way. I would maybe suggest another appetizer if you go here. But at the end of the day, I recommend stopping by and grabbing yourself a pint and a pie. Thanks for reading my review you loser. Get some better hobbies.

One bite everyone knows the rules. Square cheese pizza from zolis came with basil and parm sprinkled on top.. the middle crust is nice crisp exterior with light fluffy texture. Sauce and cheese are average with mild Tang.. outer crust tasted more burnt than anything.. would go back for a 2nd shot at the NY style

Not a NY Pizza, I was born and raised there. Please make a pizza bigger than 14 inches, I hate small slices. Flavor is fresh, could be thinner. Crisp on crust was good. This is Cane Rosso pizza with a weird Star Wars vibe. Much better NY labeled pizzas in DFW.

Might be best pizza in Dallas (which is not a great pizza city). Great crunch on the crust. Good sauce and good cheese.
