Pizza Review
This is about as good as it gets in Richmond for New York-style pizza. Nice crispy undercarriage, good bubbles in the crust, and a solid sauce. I’d give it an 8.1 for Richmond—maybe even a little higher. Compared to the Northeast, it’s probably in the 6.8–7.2 range, which is still a respectable showing. My only real critique is the cheese. They could probably cut down on the grease a bit by using a higher-quality cheese, but it’s not excessive by any means. I’ve been here twice now, and it’s been consistently good.
