Simply the best in my opinion. Bursting with flavor, great cheese to bread ratio, a hair off on cheese to sauce ratio. Excellent crust that perfectly balanced crunch and chew. The only thing keeping this one down in anyone’s eyes is it’s a little too oily. Pat the oil down inevitably for 2-3 slices and add a slight touch of salt to get a little closer to Moderns flavor profile. Highly recommend.

Zuppardi’s in West Haven — family-owned since 1934 — so fantastic, so good that I want to kill somebody. When another pizzeria owner is in the booth next to you on a Monday night, you know this place has earned respect. 🍕 Pickles’ Pizza Rating: 8.7/10; Morgs went 8.9.

Just missed an 8. Our crust was not as charred as some other ones we saw. However the Pepperoni was an 8.2. more crispy and nice flavor

We made the trip from. Avon, CT and it was 100% worth it. We got the special which the sausage was amazing. We also got the Freshy fresh which 100% hit the spot. It was better than some one else's fresh tomato pie.

First time at Zuppardis. We got a large sausage, onion and pepper. Pie was a good size, crust was thin and crispy. Neopoliton style. Toppings very fresh. Pizza sauce had a very nice taste. I would come back again!
