I went with a half cheese half special, which features Zuppardis homemade fennel sausage and mushrooms, and dear God was it good!
The sausage was absolutely to die for and the pizza was cooked perfectly with an amazing crunch in every bite!
They use your typical gas oven, but you never know by looking at it, is there pie looks like it came from a coal fired oven.
Zuppardis also has a large freezer full of their pies, if you want to take one to go. Which was something new that I hadn't seen anywhere else. Pretty good idea as you could take one to someone else and give them the Zuppardis experience as long as you package it correctly.
