ZZA Factory

Today I went to the ZZA Factory. The menu board was a bit confusing and I ended up getting the Grandma slice. I am sorry but I would not consider this pizza. The dough was a very soft focaccia bread style and they used really good cheese. I didn't like the sauce at all. I thought that the sauce had a strange flavor and way too much garlic. Here's what they should do. They should get a recipe for a good marinara sauce and then cut this into strips and sell it as an appetizer. If they had a decent sauce this could be a 9.3 as an appetizer. Sorry, this just isn't pizza.
