It looks gorgeous, as a $23 personal pizza should. The sauce is clean (I think it’s just plain san marzano tomatoes) and good. The crust has good char and chew, but it is super floppy, which is to be expected on a Neapolitan. The problem with this pizza is that it’s just a bit bland. It needs some salt in the cheese or crust or something to punch up the overall flavor. I would eat it again, but it’s not the best Neapolitan I’ve had.
