All in all very solid pizza, moderate flop, quality ingredients. Can’t complain. Pros: • Crust was amazing, it was like biting into a crispy cloud • mozz was fresh and cooked perfectly • service is top notch, nice people all around Cons (if you can even call it that): • sauce was a little tangy for my tastes but all in all it kinda live’nd the pizza up. 100% will be back

Great crust, wood fired, perfect flop and fresh ingredients. Wife had a great fruit and nut salad.

Very good Neapolitan pizza. Light crust, minimal flop, fresh mozzarella but the sauce was a little different for me.

I had the Margherita. Classic Neapolitan style. Great individual components. Satisfying bite. One bite, everybody knows the rules, so basically, I had the whole pie. The cheese was AMAZING. The crust was typical. The sauce was delightful. All in all, high quality, but not mind-blowing. Simple and fancy all at once. I give 1889 a 7.9 out of 10.

Neapolitan style - different style than the normal reviews so hard to compare. Good crust, sauce has flavor, not super cheesy. Feels lighter/ healthier than a standard football pizza.

Margherita style. Lots of flop. Sauce is incredible, mozz is fresh, fresh basil, crust has right amount of char and crunch. Very lite. Very, very good pizza.
