I wanted to like it. The owner is such a stand up guy. It seems like they're overwhelmed. The pizza was disgusting. I could only get through 2 slices before I decided enough is enough. Dripping with grease, I stained my hoodie. Flop made the pizza peel back like an orange (never seen that). And look at the picture. Did they cobble this pie together chucky-cheese style ? Who knows ? Would be a 3.2 if it wasn't for the great staff.

Served warm in 1-2 minutes with a good Rt. 9w crisp and zero West Haverstraw flop. First Bite Score: 5.1 The sauce tastes like it is straight from a can. There is way too much oregano and sweetness. The mozzarella is barley cooked and very soupy. The dough is the best part here. It is well worked, well seasoned and cooked very well. The undercarriage is about as good as it gets. Very thin with a cracker like crunch and very good seasoning. Sub Score: 5.4 SAUCE: needs to be thinner, less sweet and more balance MOZZARELLA: needs better quality mozzarella, and more time under the heat. DOUGH: the only gripe here is the size of the crust. Change nothing else. Final Score...

Decent slice. Dough is tasty and both sauce and cheese are good but not a good ratio. Needed more sauce and less cheese. Was between a 6.9 and a 7.1.
