The mozzarella is barley cooked and very soupy. The dough is the best part here. It is well worked, well seasoned and cooked very well. The undercarriage is about as good as it gets. Very thin with a cracker like crunch and very good seasoning. Sub Score: 5.4 SAUCE: needs to be thinner, less sweet and more balance MOZZARELLA: needs better quality mozzarella, and more time under the heat. DOUGH: the only gripe here is the size of the crust.
