Tried this spot in north Peoria while I was on a multiple pizza run. This place serves many different styles. So o tried the thin crust. Had low expectations for this place (yeah I look at the scores before I come). Well I was wrong. Less than $9 for this personal pan thin style. Rare for a Downstate Illinois pizza place to nail the well done/extra crispy part but boy did this place ever nail it. Could hear the crisp for miles. Awesome undercarriage with zero flop. Can’t recall being hit for a loop at a place place more than I have ever. Yeah this place (at least for this pizza I had today) is severely underscored.
