Great undercarriage and sauce. Don’t over complicate things

Been open 4 months. Family biz. Had the Artesian style. Nice, thin, good bite. Went with Mushroom, onion and sausage- fresh ingredients. Hard to find a good pie in this area. Definitely going back.
