A Dopo Sourdough Pizza

Incredible crust and perfect cook. Fresh toppings. One of my all-time favorite pizzas.

Fluffy crust, tangy sauce, fresh mozzarella. Good date night spot, not a pizza joint. I am more of a NY Style guy, so not really my style.

Top 5 pizzas I’ve ever had. Super fresh. Great sauce, great mozzarella, great doe. Highly highly recommend this place!

Neapolitan style so not your standard pie. Sourdough crust was fresh and tasty. Fresh ingredients with good char on crust, but it could’ve been more well done (crispy) overall. Pizza was tasty and I could’ve ate the whole pie but wanted some gelato. 7.4 Also had the Sofia (sausage with mozzarella added after the bake). Very unique. Enjoyed it but a tad a the smoky side for me. I’d go 7..2 on this one. If I lived in Knoxville I would frequent this cool establishment. Liked the ambience - a good date night spot.

Does it get better? The answer is no. It does not.

Very fresh

Pretty good taste. Very very chewy which could be due to the sour dough crust. Very good, not great but very good. I would come back for sure.

Calabrese without olives(Margherita but add spicy salami and chili oil), Neapolitan style but on sour dough. Fuckin delicious

This pizza was incredible. It’s hard to score it against regular pizza because it isn’t! I could have easily eaten the entire thing but I needed to save room for their gelato!

Very good sourdough crust and great fresh motz made in house. The tomato sauce was fresh but lacked overall salt and would have been better if the olive oil were a bit more pronounced, perhaps even grassier which, together, would have contributed to a beautifully seasoned pizza...but then again, this is Neapolitan style which often exudes “fresh flavors” but can be a tad underseasoned (the flavor profile is similar to Da Michele in Naples just the crust here is a bit softer). Overall a very very good pizza, but as a native New Yorker who has tried a variety of pizzas and styles…this one cannot get top scores. Great place to go out on a date though. :)

Lil classic Margherita pizza on this fine Tuesday evening. This style isn’t my personal favorite but this is a really good pie. It’s evident that the ingredients are extremely fresh, and the crust is cooked beautifully in the wood fired oven. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better Margherita pizza around.
