Been here many times but after today is my new favorite Pizza 🍕 in the Hudson Valley. Hadn’t been there in a while and me and my Dad decided to go there after visiting my mom. We walked in and my dad was treated like Royalty saying hello to him by name and even the owner Mario coming out and talking to my dad and catching up. He even introduced himself to me and commented how much I looked like my Dad. So we order a Joe’s Pizza 🍕 we usually get it with mozzarella but hadn’t been there in so long didn’t realize and ordered it without. The pizza without the mozzarella didn’t disappoint the crust was really crispy yet light and flavorful and the sauce had good tang and flavor.
