Alchemy at Aldeen

Floppy and sloppy. Not well put together. Crust was too doughy

Good sauce, good cheese, crust could have been cooked a little more. All in all good pissa.

This place is better know for its crazier pizza but I went pepperoni. Huge crust for a Woodfire pizza. Very flavorful toppings. Sauce is great. The pizzas on the menu are definitely better than this plain one but still one of the best spots in town.
