Memphis has a huge problem understanding balance. Theses are “tomato pies”. Not Cheese pies. If they used half the cheese it would still be too much. Huge floppy soggy clump of cheese. Yesterday I had a similar experience but the crust itself was phenomenal. I found myself eating the last inch of the slice and chucked the center This pie not nearly good enough. Soggy. Undercooked. Block of cheese. White bread cheese sandwich

Yikes.. no Bueno! If you are looking for NY Pizza this is not it. Had a good undercarriage, but give it two minutes and the lake of grease will make it limper than a Jack's pizza on a lonely Saturday night. Not for me. Maybe for some, but no not I.

really wanted to like this pizza. guys in the store are friendly. the pizza is undercooked and the dough has the structure of a wet noodle. the added garlic oil post oven is superfluous as the pizza is so greasy already.
