Alfredo's Pizza & Brew

I had high hopes for this place because of a few of the reviews. Unfortunately this pizza was very bland. It had no flavor. The sauce wasn’t good at all.

Very good Frankie. Pictured is their 16” cheese ordered well done online so maybe there was miscommunication. Excellent crunch, cheese level is perfect, not too much sauce, and minimal grease. Anyone scoring less than 7.9 on this pie has no business leaving pizza reviews.

Ordered a cheese and pep made well done. Super good crisp and is a good new york slice. Decent leoparding on the bottom. Wish they let the dough rest longer had a bit of chew for me and no bounce back ok the crust. Could be an 8 though

Little flop, no drip, good crust

Ordered a pie at Alfredo’s before a movie at SILVERSPOT. Pizza had a good undercarriage, zero flop, and nice crunch. Definitely worth a try if you’re in Chapel Thrill.

Fantastic pizza, tasted fresh and light. Crust had great flavor and crunch. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will be back.

This pizza is fantastic. The dough is perfect. They really have the best pizza in NC and maybe the country!

Born and raised in NY and very picky when it comes to pizza. With that said, this was a good slice. Cheese to sauce ratio was just right- okay crunch on the crust. Sauce was good, cheese was good. Crust needs a bit more umphf, But overall solid. 7.1, recommended. Everybody’s gotta follow the rules.

Pretty big flop. Definitely on the doughier side rather than crispy. Not too much grease. Crust isn’t terrible, but nothing special.
