Picked up as a par bake to help it keep which was a first for me (350 in for 11min did the trick), this is heavier on the cheese than a typical Scranton square but it’s a unique cheese blend for sure which gives it its character, nice crispy crust with no flop, 8.5 is right in line with the others like this (Samarios, Maronis, etc) even if it is a little different
