Actually a pretty solid pie for SoCal. Nice little bubble trouble, not greasy… decent undercarriage

The doughy crust kills what would otherwise be an above avg pizza slice. Sausage is 👌. But I’ve had frozen pizza w better crust

Grease city this pizza. The crust is not bad thou crunch. Convince pizza I work super close. Get rid of the grease would be better.

Ok for Orange County. Sauce is good, cheese is too salty. Good dough.
