American Flatbread Burlington

Great dough, sauce can very from being too thin to too thick, solid option if your looking for something healthier!

Ive been coming to flatbreads since I was young kid and it was the first pizza I remember that was truly great. This pizza holds up to the memories I have of it from its super fresh and flavorful ingredients, to its wood fired oven that you can see from almost the entire dining room, and to the crust that has a great crunch but isn’t burnt. For reference I had the brunch special and a “Medicine wheel” with roasted red peppers. This pizza will forever be one of my favorites.

Funny, I scored this without looking at the consensus score, particularly the previous two reviews. My review is very much on par with the rest of the gallery; good undercarriage on the pie, just a little too overcooked and the flavor wasn’t phenomenal. However, the chicken had good “zing” to it on the one half, which I scored first. Had I started from the other, more traditional side of the pie, this would’ve been in the low-six range, at best.

7.1 for the regular cheese half. Buffalo chicken a 7.2. Being from NYC, this was much better than expected. Crust tasted great. A lot of flavor and had some good crisp to it. Cheese and sauce were basic. Not bad and tasted fine but nothing crazy. Crust is what puts it in the 7s.

Good char, no flop and really good taste. They don’t have a plain cheese but this cheese and herb is close enough.

For Vermont it’s best ur gonna get type pizza. Yum. Hipstery place.

Pretty decent, Folinos is better in my opinion.

Very oily and not the firmest, but great sauce to cheese ratio and crust. Cheese stays on each slice when pulled apart too. Would definitely recommend to others in the area

Wow. Delish. Amazing. Devoured it. Half medicine wheel, half pepperoni and peppers. It was ridiculously awesome.

Thin and floppy. Vibes are immaculate. Be warned l, you can and will eat whole lg pizza in one sitting.

New Vermont Sausage

I got a half new Vermont sausage and a half revolution with pepperoni, and it was incredible! The revolution with pepperoni side was much more my taste but both were very good! The crust was nice and crisp and the pizza had a nice crunch to it with the exception of the very middle. Due to Corona they only have outdoor seating at the moment, so keep that in mind as the weather gets colder.
